Maharaja’s Haveli is being run under the experienced stewardship of Satinder Benepal, a veteran of over 20 years in the industry. With many successful restaurants under his belt, Mr. Benepal brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. He has also been profiled by several local newspapers as one of the prominent Indian businessmen in Australia. Mr. Benepal is ably supported a team of 10 chefs and a little army of customer service and administrative staff to make sure everyone feels like a Maharaja at Maharaja’s Haveli.
